Dear Students, 

Probably like every one of you in your room, when I was getting ready for college, they were sentences hanging on my desk that I thought they would guide my life, and especially one of them really guided my life, I would say: "The boundaries that you position yourself just determine your destiny, while travelling changes your destiny".

Undoubtedly, It wasn't just a line a map that I understood from the borders, because our mind, soul, conscience and body have certain limits. And, doesn't it travelling mean, to question, to change, and to not accept the given boundaries? Perhaps the most important thing is where to begin this journey. While writing these lines, I who address you as the head of Cinema-TV department had decided to make this journey with Cinema when I took the first step to the University just like you. With every film I watched, every story I wrote, every film I helped, and with what I have learned and discovered I pushed my boundaries, questioned, changed, and in a sense I changed the geography of my mind and soul. We now invite you, dear students, who are at the beginning of this journey to proceed together. We want to walk, question, make film and change together, and also  change the boundaries of life with you for a better world.

So is it enough to decide to only study Cinema-TV?. Of course not. The most important way to be ambitious in an area of such intense interest is through a qualified education.W ith the awareness of this and the responsibility of this message we make to you, we take care that our academic staff is rich and colorful with the support of lecturers made up of professionals who are experts in their field. We are trying to provide the necessary technical infrastructure for our students with our technical equipment and film production facilities, which are renewed according to current technologies. Through collaborations with national and international film festivals and film schools, we ensure that our students are effectively part of universal projects. We want you to know that we will always be there for you with all our knowledge and our faith in you for your journey, which will start with 4 years of education and will last you a lifetime of art and cinema. 

Cinema is the most artistic projection of man's magnificent soul and mind. We welcome and greet you dear students who will be a source of light and inspiration for this projection.
