CILECT
 
IKU Department of Radio, Television and Cinema has been a full member of The International Association of Film and Television Schools since 2008; and it is the first university from Turkey to be a member of Cılect. Thanks to our CILECT membership, we keep our educational horizon at a level that is constantly up to date and responsive by following the curriculum and practices of many international cinema schools. Our students can send their film works to international competitions through CILECT and have the opportunity to show their films on international platforms.

SEECS   

IKU Radio, Cinema and Television Department is on the organizing committee of the Southeast European Cinema Schools (SEECS) Short Film Festival. The host university of the festival in which young and respected filmmakers from different countries came together and shared their films was our university in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Erasmus + Agreements

As Radio, Television and Cinema Department, student exchange agreements were signed with International Balkan University and University of SS. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava schools within the scope of Erasmus + Program in 2019. Our students can continue a certain part of their education in schools abroad where both our department and our faculty are contracted.
